What is Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can promote healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us.
Reiki sessions can be performed with hands lightly on the body or slightly above. A short consultation before the session will determine what is preferred. General feelings of calm, relaxation and clarity are typically reported but each session and individual vary.
